Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Provide us with a picture of the shipment you have received, If there are missing juices, The shipment is damaged or you received the wrong order. We will need information in order to schedule another shipment or process a refund. please note, all refund or exchange requests will need to be submitted to customer service within 2 days after shipment was received. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
